List of Prohibited Items for The Jumble

The Jumble prohibits the sale of the following items:

1. Illegal items: Any item that is illegal to sell or possess, including drugs, firearms, and stolen goods.

2. Counterfeit items: Any item that is a replica or imitation of a brand-name product without the brand owner’s permission.

3. Hazardous materials: Any item that is dangerous to ship or handle, including explosives, flammable materials, and chemicals.

4. Adult content: Any item that contains sexually explicit material or is intended for adult use.

5. Offensive material: Any item that promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.

6. Drugs: Any item that requires a prescription to purchase or use or any illegal drug.

7. Tobacco, cannabis, and vaping products: Any item that contains tobacco or cannabis or is used for vaping.

8. Alcohol: Any item that contains alcohol or is used for consuming alcohol.

9. Live animals: Any live animal or animal product, including fur and ivory.

10. Human remains: Any item that contains human remains or is used for burial or cremation.

11. Recalled items: Any item that has been recalled by the manufacturer or government agency.

12. Prohibited services: Any service that is illegal or unethical, including hacking, prostitution, and gambling.

13.Food: Any edible product whatsoever, including packaged or unpackaged food, fruits, vegetables, or baked goods.

We reserve the right to remove any listings that violate these prohibited items. We may also suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate these rules.
